FAQ for Customers: What the Adobe Acquisition Means

Following our announcement that SEOTracky is joining Adobe, we've received hundreds of questions from customers, partners and community members. This FAQ covers the most common ones.

Will my plan or pricing change? No. All existing contracts, plans, discounts and promotional pricing remain exactly as they are. We will honor every commitment through the end of your current term and beyond.

Will my data be shared with Adobe? Your account data, projects and reports stay private and continue to follow the SEOTracky Data Processing Agreement. No customer data is transferred to Adobe systems without an explicit opt-in.

Will the SEOTracky product still exist as a standalone? Yes. The standalone SEOTracky platform is part of our long-term roadmap. Over time, we'll also offer deeper, opt-in integrations with Adobe Experience Cloud for customers who want them.

Who do I contact for support? Exactly the same team you've always worked with — your customer success manager, our 24/7 chat support and our solution architects. Phone numbers, ticket flows and SLAs are unchanged.

What about the API and integrations? All existing API endpoints, third-party integrations and the App Center continue to operate normally. New integrations with Adobe products will be additive, not a replacement.
